You have lifetime access to all courses you purchase. There is no time limit. Estimated duration varies: CNA (4-6 weeks), Phlebotomy (4-6 weeks), EKG (4-6 weeks), BLS (2-4 weeks), and RBT (6-8 weeks).

Our platform is available in both Spanish and English. You can switch languages at any time from the navigation bar. Course content, materials, and assessments are available in both languages.

Each course includes: structured study modules, step-by-step clinical videos, downloadable educational materials, exam-style question banks, practical assessments, and a Certificate of Completion upon satisfactory completion.

Yes, you can enroll in multiple courses simultaneously. We recommend considering our Training Packages (Starter Clinical, Clinical Professional, or Healthcare Elite) that let you combine courses with discounts up to 15%.

Our programs are private training and grant a Certificate of Completion. This does NOT constitute state certification or professional license. Official certification depends on the requirements and evaluations of each state's regulatory entities.

Upon completing all modules, assessments, and meeting course requirements, your Certificate of Completion is automatically generated. You can download it from your student dashboard and it is also sent to your email.

Yes, each certificate has a unique verification code. Anyone or any institution can verify its authenticity on our Certificate Verification page by entering the corresponding code.

Our Nursing Assistant course is preparatory and aligned with state standards. It does not replace a state-approved program. It prepares you with the necessary knowledge and skills, but official certification requires passing your state's regulatory entity exam.

Individual prices are: CNA $497, Phlebotomy $197, EKG $197, First Aid/BLS $67, and RBT $597. We also offer discounted packages: Starter Clinical from $249 (5% off), Clinical Professional from $408 (10% off), and Healthcare Elite from $1,301 (15% off).

No, the membership does NOT include base courses. It's a complementary service offering advanced professional resources, masterclasses, job board, and career development tools. Courses are purchased separately.

Masterclasses are exclusive to members with an active subscription. Once you have your membership, you can access the Masterclasses section from the navigation menu. They are held monthly (on the 5th of each month) and are recorded for you to watch anytime.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time from your student dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, maintaining your access until that date.
